Our Grading Policy
We know that for LEGO collectors, the details matter. To ensure you know exactly what is arriving at your door, we use a dual-grading system that evaluates the Box and the Contents separately.
1. Set Condition Categories
Every set is categorized into one of four states:
-
New Sealed In Box (NISB): Factory seals intact. Never opened.
-
Used 100% Complete: Previously built. Verified against official part lists to include all bricks, minifigures, and instructions.
-
Used Missing Parts: Previously built. Known missing pieces will be listed in the item description.
2. The Box Grade (Scale of 1–10)
This score reflects the physical condition of the cardboard packaging only.
-
9–10 (Collector Grade): Gift-ready or investment-grade. Sharp corners, original seal tension, and minimal to no shelf wear.
-
7–8 (Great/Excellent): Minor shelf wear, small corner blunting, or a clean price sticker. Perfect for display.
-
5–6 (Good/Fair): Noticeable creasing, small punctures, or minor "shelf-push" (dents).
-
1–4 (Poor/Damaged): Significant crushing, heavy tape, or structural tears. Recommended for builders who don't keep the box.
3. Set Quality Grade (A–D)
This grade evaluates the quality of the bricks, minifigures, and instructions inside the box.
| Grade | Description |
| Grade A | Pristine. Parts have high luster/shine. No yellowing, no bite marks. Minifigure joints are stiff/tight. Instructions are crisp. |
| Grade B | Great. Minor "swirl marks" from light play. Stickers are present and well-applied. No cracked torsos or loose minifigure limbs. Instructions may have fold marks. |
| Grade C | Played With. Visible wear, minor scratches, or slight color fading/yellowing on white/grey bricks. Instructions may have small tears. |
| Grade D | Heavily Used. Significant wear, loose joints, or bite marks. Stickers may be peeling or missing. Instructions may have large tears, tape or missing pages. |
💡 Additional Notes
Authenticity: We only sell 100% genuine LEGO® brand elements. No "off-brand" clones.
The White Glove Treatment: We treat every set as a piece of history. All boxes and components are handled exclusively with lint-free white gloves to prevent oil transfer, fingerprints, or smudging on high-gloss surfaces and window film.
Environment: All sets are stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled environment to prevent odors and UV fading.
Photos: We provide high-resolution photos of the actual item. If you need a specific angle, just ask!
