Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We specialize in rare and collectible LEGO sets, and we understand that the condition of the box is just as important as the bricks inside. We take pride in our "Collector-First" shipping approach.

1. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses) as well as select international destinations.

2. Carrier Options

We offer three reliable shipping methods at checkout so you can choose the service that best fits your needs:

3. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is created.

4. Collector-Grade Packaging

We don't just "slap a label" on a LEGO box. To ensure your set arrives in the condition described:

  • All sets are wrapped in bubble wrap or eco-friendly cushioning.

  • We use heavy-duty, double-walled boxes for oversized or high-value sets.

  • We ensure there is ample "void fill" to prevent the inner box from shifting or denting during transit.

5. Shipping Insurance

  • Complimentary Insurance: We offer complimentary shipping insurance for order up to $5000.

6. Signature & Chain of Custody

  • Restricted Delivery: All sets over $1,000 require a Direct Signature. The carrier will not leave these items on a porch or with a neighbor.

  • Carrier Hand-off: We do not use "Drop Boxes" for rare items. Every high-value set is hand-delivered to a carrier clerk and scanned into the system immediately to establish an official chain of custody.

7. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery zip code. We do not add "handling fees"—you pay what the carriers charge us.

8. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our international collectors, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

  • Buyer Responsibility: The Timeless Vault is not responsible for these charges. All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery to release your package.

  • Value Declaration: We are legally required to declare the full purchase value of the items on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or alter the value to avoid customs fees, as this violates international trade laws.

  • Delays: Please note that customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery beyond the carrier's estimated transit window.
