Refund policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the rare, collectible, and second-hand nature of our LEGO sets, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once an order is placed and shipped, it is considered a final sale. We take great care to provide detailed photos and descriptions of every set's condition (including box wear and seal integrity) so you know exactly what you are adding to your collection.
2. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We understand that transit can be unpredictable. Our refund process for items damaged or lost by the carrier is strictly tied to the Shipping Insurance status of the order:

Orders with Shipping Insurance: If you purchased optional insurance (for sets under $1,000) or if your set was automatically covered (for sets over $1,000), you are eligible for a full refund if the carrier loses or damages the item.

Uninsured Orders: For orders under $1,000 where insurance was declined at checkout, our liability is limited to the carrier’s standard $100 coverage. We cannot offer refunds exceeding this amount if insurance was not selected.
3. The Refund Process
To initiate a claim for a damaged or lost item:

Report Immediately: You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date in the case of a lost package).

Provide Evidence: For damage claims, you must provide clear photos of the shipping box, the internal packaging, and the damage to the LEGO set itself. Do not open the factory seals if the box is damaged, as this may void the insurance claim.

Claim Resolution: Refunds will be processed only once the insurance claim has been successfully investigated and resolved by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). This process can take between 10–30 business days depending on the carrier's timeline.

Payout: Once the claim is approved, a full refund (including original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Incorrect Items
In the highly unlikely event that we ship the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a Star Wars UCS set and received a Technic set), please contact us immediately. In these specific cases of seller error, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
