Box Grade: 8 (Excellent) Minor shelf wear, small corner blunting. In excellent condition for a 25 years old box. Very good for display.

Set Grade: A (Pristine). Parts have high luster/shine. No yellowing, no bite marks. Minifigure joints are stiff/tight. Instructions are crisp.

Huge shoutout to the previous owner, a meticulous collector who built it once, packed it away, and kept every brick in pristine, “day-one” condition. Sticker sheet is unused.
